Alternate Title : Your friendly neighborhood delivery guy likes to dress up.

Gil shows his amazing economic skills of being smart with his money by spending a whole chunk of it on a vest to attend a ball for a single night.  But hey, it makes him feel like a prince.  A prince that pulled the rest of his outfit from either old gear or just his regular attire (Note the boots.  He polished the hell out of those boots.  Appreciate that fact.)
